Caroline Kullbäck is the Managing Director at Etha.
Caroline’s key drive is to manage and produce high quality projects, with focus on correct and efficient stakeholder communication.
Caroline’s extensive experience within various services supporting investment decisions within wind power (such as feasibility calculations and technical due diligence) has given her a broad understanding of wind power projects. Caroline has also acted as Project Manager in four different wind development projects, of which three are still in the permitting phase and one has proceeded to the construction phase.
Caroline’s first language is Swedish, and she is also fluent in English and Finnish.

Caroline has been involved in more than 6700 MW of Technical Due Diligence projects in Finland and Sweden. Caroline’s own core competences are DD project management as well as land lease agreements and permitting processes.
